Suspended between the central escalators are ‘clouds’ of prismatic crystals with internal LED lights, which represent the clouds that perpetually surround the mountains around the perimeter of the city with cable cars carrying passengers through the shroud of clouds to the mountain tops. In addition to the illumination internally from LED lights are ceiling lights which focus light onto the clouds.

A studio was established in Moscow to produce and install the work, which was managed by a Russian glass artist working in the studio at the time, Sasha Strekopytova.
