The house is located adjacent to a stream and is organized around an ancient pine tree that located in a central courtyard off the main entrance.  The central stair winds around the wall surrounding the tree with the glass art windows.  The windows are composed of prismatic and antique glass and lead channel with forms representing flowing forms carving out the rigid background of prismatic glass to reference the stream’s erosion of its banks.
