The entry lobby of the courthouse features large windows that are composed of tempered glass with laminated prismatic glass on both surfaces in a pattern associated with Federalist architecture in reference to the style of the architecture.  The prismatic glass fractures the movement of cars as they pass by creating a dynamic visual appearance.
