The central element of this complex project is the central multi-curved polished stainless steel & glass partition that serves as the visual identity for the sprawling high-end French pastry and restaurant. The intent of the glass design was to reference the pastries which were as much visual delight as sumptuously edible art. These glass panels were made with a wide range of techniques to achieve the diverse variety of appearances and textures.. The curvilinear polished stainless steel frame was designed to provide structural support as well as a complementary design element within the overall composition.
