Along the length of the central atrium of the lobby is a continuous suspended sculpture, 150’ long x 8’ wide, composed of curved dichroic elements resembling paper airplane in reference to the Air Force but also as an element of whimsy to help to reduce the stress of visitors. The dichroic ‘planes’ are secured to stainless steel rods extending from a central spiraling stainless steel tube which is suspended with stainless steel cable and hardware.
